Yes! Please check your email confirmation from oo@rmpos.com for your pick up time before driving over. Look for “requested time” in the upper right area of your email confirmation for the pick up time.

When you arrive, please park in front of our entrance (look for signs) and call us @ 619-656-1918 and give us your first name for the order!

If you have manually selected a pick up time, the time you have chosen is NOT the actual requested time. Your “requested time” is generated by our ordering system based on our current order volume and sent to your email.  We are sorry for the confusion! PLEASE GO BY THE REQUESTED TIME ON YOUR EMAIL, NOT THE TIME YOU HAVE SELECTED. 

During peak hours, your order may take longer to prepare. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

There’s a small delay for your order to show up in our order system. As long as you got the email confirmation from oo@rmpos.com, we have received your order.

If our online order form says “offline” during our business hours, that means our kitchen is currently overwhelmed with too many orders.

You can still place your order by calling us @ 619-656-1918. Please do understand that the wait time for your order will exceed 30 minutes.

Typically, we begin preparing your order within 10 minutes of receiving it. If you wish to cancel your order, please understand that we will simply be forced to throw your food away.

Having said that, we accept order cancellations if you call us @ 619-656-1918 within 15 minutes of you placing it. You can check your order time in your email confirmation. 

During peak hours, we may not be able to respond to you in time.  Do not worry. We will honor your cancellation requests in these situations. However, it is best for you to call us about the cancellations the following day when we are less busy.
